Return Policy
We have a no return policy, which means once purchased we generally don't accept return requests. In any case, you're always eligible for a 14-day exchange / replacement of the product. To start a replacement, you can contact us at info@styleup.today or request it by going to https://account.styleup.today. All returns will picked up within 5 days of acceptance of your return / replacement request by our trusted courier partners - customer is responsible for keeping the packaging intact for return. Return / Replacement will be done at zero cost to the customer.

Extenuating Circumstances
Under extenuating circumstances such as loss of job/income, defective product received, etc. and within 14 days of your purchase, you can reach out to us either via our live chat option on the website or via our email, and we will consider your request on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
